The Wizards were formed in  the fall of 2002. They finished their first season
at 7-1-1. In the Spring they were 8-1 and  finished second in their division
losing a tight 1-0 game to the eventual league champions.

On Columbus Day weekend in 2003 the Wizards competed in the Huntington
Columbus Day Tournament and won the first place trophy. During that fall
season the team really came on strong and finished the season at 5-2-1 and
in third place.

In the spring of 2004 they continued to improve and played every single
game well losing only three close 1 goal games. They topped off the season
with an exceptional tournament in Needham, Mass. By finishing as runners
up to The Vermont State team.

In the fall of 2004 they continued their strong play by only losing 3 games all
by 1 goal. They finished first in the spring of 2005 in Division 1 of th Long
Island Junior Soccer League.

In the fall of 2005 they finished the season in 4th place with 13 points, they
fought hard in every game and began to develop a continuity to their team
approach.  They continued that excellent play into the spring season and
even though they lost their goaltender before the season began they had
one of their finest seasons yet going an overall 13 wins, 3 loses and 3 ties
for the spring campaign. They were semi-finalist for the New York State Cup
and captured the Long Island Cup Championship for the U 13 age bracket
and finished 1st in Division 1 on Long Island.

They were accepted into the Northeast Regional Premier League for the
Fall, 2007 season (BU-14) and acquitted them, selves extremely well
finishing in second place for their first season.

They head into the Spring 2008 season as a seasoned team that has grown
into one of the best teams on Long Island and in New York State and have
great expectations for the upcoming season and tournaments.
